As a Product Manager in our Product team, you will play a pivotal role driving the acquisition strategy of one of the health and fitness apps within our portfolio, with a strong emphasis on subscription growth and optimising user onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of user behaviour, data-guided decision-making, and a passion for creating real value for our users. What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy for your app, including defining target audiences, onboarding flows, and key performance indicators to drive user growth and subscription conversion
- Drive outcomes by articulating clear product requirements, answering the why and the how, and making sure solutions are built to solve real user problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators, to enhance user onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new users
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to better understand user needs, pain points, and jobs to be done through the entire acquisition process
- Use data, insights, and business context to prioritise effectively, understanding what will deliver the most value, creating insight loops and sharing with the wider business
- Lead sizeable initiatives to success, driving them through the whole product lifecycle
- Understand wider product context, monitoring market changes and anticipating competitor growth and direction to make sure we work on the right things at the right time
- Track and act on key performance metrics to drive the best product results, setting clear success criteria and creating shared understanding of your acquisition strategy within the team
- Maximise the skills and output of others in the team, through peer coaching and constructive feedback
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a user-focused environment, working on end-to-end development, preferably with experience of growth work
- Minimum 2 years experience with subscription-based business models
- Experienced with agile Product principles, with an outcome-focused outlook
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate thinking behind product decisions and bringing them back to business goals
- Wide experience of user research and excellent knowledge of UX principles, as well as A/B testing methods
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiar with app development processes and technologies
- Preferably engaged in the Product community
- Experience motivating and mentoring other product managers is a bonus
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
