Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy and successful product execution.
• Become an expert in our platforms, understanding existing capabilities and identifying future opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Analyze multiple data sources to identify opportunities for increased user value, showcasing attention to detail and initiative.
• Foster a collaborative and adaptive environment, working agilely to respond to market shifts and customer feedback.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

Required:

• 6+ years of software product management in a complex technical environment.
• Proven success in SaaS product management.
• Experience in agile environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, engaging and influencing multiple business partners.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience with survey data collection platforms.
• Experience in telephony products.
• Knowledge of Research & Customer Experience Insights.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
