Product Manager

Are you an experienced Product Manager who has experience working in start-up environments and developing valuable, usable, viable and technically feasible products that users love from inception? ABOUT THE PRODUCT & UX DEPARTMENT

We are a team of passionate and dedicated data-driven Product Managers and  Ux Designers who are on a mission to to define and develop  valuable, usable, technically feasible & commercially viable digital products that our customers (internal and external) love

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager, you will spearhead the discovery of product strategies, craft product roadmaps, define feature specifications, oversee product development, and collaborate across multiple functional areas to deliver solutions and customer experiences aligned with the company’s business strategy, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• You will own one of the products in the ecosystem of federated apps that we are building across our talent which includes Selection/Admissions, Learning Management System(s), Community Platform, Attendance Tracking, Job marketplace amongst others. 
• Gain deep insights into customer journeys and needs, understand the product landscape, and stay up to date on industry technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to identify and plan product capabilities that align with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Develop product vision and strategy, identify new opportunities, and cultivate shared understanding across the organization regarding the importance and sequence of product features.
• Provide transparent communication of product strategy, updates, roadmaps, and progress to all stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Manage product requirements, translate requirements into feature specifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product design.
• Drive product development, manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate multiple development streams.
• Conduct research and analysis on product and service quality, customer usage, and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in software product management or equivalent, with a track record of delivering customer-oriented, complex software solutions.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and empowerment skills.
• Advanced ability to develop and articulate business cases, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus toward common goals.
• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

We would also like to remind you that this is a remote job, which means that you can work from anywhere in the world. However, we have a preference for a GMT to GMT +4 time zone.
