Product Manager

Having achieved remarkable success since 2019, they’re ready to take business to the next level! They’re looking for a brilliant and fearless Product Manager to join the rollercoaster of expansion. Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and share a product plan that aligns with company goals and market trends
• Work with various teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
• Promote user-friendly products that meet user needs
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Emphasize customer expectations and conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking
• Use rapid, agile development techniques and processes to adjust to a fast-moving environment
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Support the team to ensure process understanding and compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management to align technical initiatives with overarching business goals
• Successfully manage projects and stakeholder meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience and knowledge of software product management or owner experience (5+ years)
• Experience in e-commerce and/or tech
• Curiosity to always find a better way to do things and entrepreneurial motivation to make it happen
• Work with ownership and accountability
• Start-up experience and/or launching a new product will be valuable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Success in planning, executing, and managing projects
• Proven track record of successful new product development using software, i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute constructively to group discussions and projects
• Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting procedures
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
