We are actively seeking an accomplished Product Manager with a strong background in developing trading platforms, particularly within the FX, CFD, and Crypto domains. As the Product Manager, you will leverage your exceptional understanding of these markets to drive the evolution of our trading platforms and ensure their alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expert Collaboration:

   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to conceptualize, develop, and launch cutting-edge features and enhancements.
   • Act as the conduit between technical teams and those less versed in the intricacies of trading platforms, ensuring seamless communication and a shared understanding of requirements.

2. Requirements Mastery and Documentation:

   • Work in tandem with stakeholders, including clients, sales, and support teams, to meticulously gather and document precise product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
   • Translate complex technical concepts into relatable terms for diverse audiences, facilitating cohesive collaboration.

3. Driving Product Development and Launch:

   • Spearhead the entire product development lifecycle, expertly shepherding concepts from ideation and prototyping through to launch and subsequent analysis.
   • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with development milestones and deadlines.

4. Championing User Experience and Quality:

   • Champion the delivery of exceptional user experiences, offering astute input on design decisions, usability, and user interface considerations.
   • Collaborate diligently with quality assurance teams to ensure our product adheres to the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.

5. In-depth Market and Industry Insight:

   • Leverage your profound awareness of FX, CFD, and Crypto market trends and regulatory nuances to adapt the product strategy and ensure our solutions maintain their competitive edge in a rapidly evolving landscape.

6. Analysis and Insights:

   • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, user behavior, and platform performance to derive actionable insights that inform product enhancements and optimizations.
   • Utilize data-driven approaches to validate hypotheses and recommend strategic directions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven and distinguished track record as a Product Manager, with a strong emphasis on trading platform development, ideally within the FX, CFD, or Crypto sectors.
• Exceptional grasp of financial markets, trading concepts, and brokerage operations, particularly in the context of FX, CFD, and Crypto platforms.
• Exemplary communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset, adept at analysing metrics to inform decisions.
• Profound understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes.
• Accomplished project management skills, capable of managing concurrent tasks and projects.
