The Role:

Boclips is looking for an experienced Product Manager passionate about shaping the future of media-rich learning experiences for students around the world. If that is you, we would like to meet you!

As Product Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Product and be a key voice in the development of one of our product areas. As a product champion, you will collaborate with teams across the business and with our users to proactively identify opportunities to add value for our users and suggest new product directions.

Some key areas you'd be focusing on:

• You’ll utilise data, insights, and user research to help frame problems, co-create a plan, and rally the team around the opportunity.
• You’ll demonstrate empathy for our customers and the ability to communicate their desired outcomes into clear product solutions.
• You’ll be a key point of contact for the development team and collaborate with the Lead Engineers to build a clear roadmap and KPIs for your product area, prioritise the tech backlog and scope/approve success criteria.
• You’ll be a pivotal player in monitoring the success of your product area, managing releases and communicating new development to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What we'd like to see from you:

• 3+ years experience working in a product capacity and can hit the ground running
• Hypothesis-driven, curious, and act to validate problems and solutions.
• Keen to make an impact beyond your immediate team.
• Familiar with (or enthusiastic to learn about) instructional design, streaming video on demand, content creators, educational publishing, information science or library science.
• Ability to work in a quick paced start-up environment and flexible to move in directions aligned with product needs
• Most importantly we are looking for someone who fits in with our culture and ascribes to our company values

• Targeting a salary of £50-60k in the U.K. (with flex)
