Job Position: Product Development Specialist - Latam
Location:
Remote (CST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday,  9 AM to 6 PM CST


Job Description:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative products? We're looking for a talented Product Development Specialist to join our team and lead the development of new products across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new products in personal development, productivity, and related categories.
  2. Idea Generation: Generate and refine product ideas, focusing on innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our brand vision.
  3. Product Specification: Develop detailed product specifications, including content, design, and packaging requirements for a range of products, such as journals, planners, card decks, and games.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure products are developed to specifications and delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Timeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  6. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  7. Product Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback, making recommendations for product enhancements or new product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the personal development and self-improvement market.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Keynote.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position, so having a high-speed internet connection and a computer is necessary.
