Product Designer

Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change how retailers price. We are known for both: cutting-edge math 'under the hood' and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Product Designer to turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions.

You will build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model:

• Develop and maintain a design project from idea to launch,
• Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals,
• Perform user research,
• Implement design layouts (we are Figma ninjas, btw),
• Create clickable prototypes for your solutions.

Our main tools in design process:

• Figma, Miro, Principle, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, Intercom.

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

• Experienced in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems,
• Strong UX / UI skills,
• Knowledge of how to make design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers,
• Experience in conducting and/or participating in qualitative product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.),
• Solid experience working with Figma,
• English Upper-Intermediate or stronger.

Pleasant extras:

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset,
• Hands-on experience with Intercom, Amplitude and Jira before,
• Experience with B2B products in retail,
• Understanding of main SaaS metrics,
• Experience in creating CJM.
