Product Designer

City Innovate, a leading tech company in computer software, is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our cutting-edge software platforms are visually stunning and intuitively designed. • Use design techniques to enhance the user experience of our platforms and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes and UI/UX designs that effectively communicate product vision
• Conduct user research to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation
• Deliver design solutions that align with current app design and brand guidelines in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in design
• Evaluate and iterate on the effectiveness of design solutions through feedback and analysis
• Directly support and communicate with engineering teams through the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of best design practices, usability and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

• Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
