Pay Range: $62.755 - 103,739 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM’s Power Business Intelligence Developer II, you’re responsible for building and maintaining Power BI data models, Power BI reports, and dashboards using semantic data modeling, DAX, and data transformation techniques. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and delivering visually engaging and informative solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in one of the following states: NE, IA, MO, KS, or TX.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
• Knowledgeable Competent in performing data analysis and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Manage Proficient in designing, develop, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Plan Apply data visualization principles and techniques to create clear, concise, and interactive reports and dashboards that meet user requirements and expectations
• Assist Support and validate all the work that migration completes
• Collaborate Train and support other BI analysts and developers on BI and business teams

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or 5+ years of experience Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3 years of exclusive experience in Power BI development and administration and certification
• Strong knowledge and experience in semantic data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and M language
• Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience in working with various visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, SSRS and data sources and formats, such as Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, SQL Server, Azure, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Exceptional data analysis and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
