*Description:*
* Focus on the overall design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with organizational goals and standards.
* Designs the foundational architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
* Involved in long-term strategic planning for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business objectives and future growth.
* Considers global factors such as enterprise-wide integrations, scalability, and cross-functional impact on different business units.
* Collaborates with key stakeholders at the executive level to understand business needs and ensure platform alignment with organizational goals.
* Provides technical leadership and guidance to a broader team, influencing platform-wide decisions and technological directions.
* Drives optimization initiatives, including performance improvements and platform upgrades, to keep the ServiceNow platform current and efficient.
* Requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, and a broader understanding of enterprise IT landscapes.
* Develops comprehensive documentation and provides training at an enterprise level, ensuring that best practices are widely adopted.

*Required:*
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in two or more ServiceNow product lines (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, etc.)
* 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience

*Desired:*
* Experience with Utah ServiceNow is highly desired.
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95.00 - $105.00 per hour
