People Ops Associate

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Ops Associate to join our team at AutoLeap. As a People Ops Associate, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Execute employee “feel good” initiatives such as ordering welcome gift packages, food/meals and gifts for special events, and awards
  • Organize and manage company and departmental events/gatherings
  • Update and maintain our HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR inquiries, offering prompt and helpful solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, suggesting improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years in HR/People Operations
  • A passion for creating a top-notch experience and journey for employees, working with and helping others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently, follow up on tasks and issues as they arise
  • The ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
