About the role 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Operations Intern to join our team and support our HR and People Operations functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. 

What you will do: 

1.Recruitment Support: 

  • Assist in job posting creation and distribution across various platforms. 
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations. 
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

2.HR Administration: 

  • Maintain and organize HR records and databases (e.g., employee files, HRIS data). 
  • Assist in collecting and updating Job Descriptions 

3.Employee Relations: 

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. 
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. 

4. Projects and Initiatives: 

  • Participate in HR projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), wellness programs, or other HR initiatives. 
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed. 

5. Compliance and Reporting: 

  • Support compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. 
  • Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis as required. 
  • Assist in updating policies and state specific regulations in company Handbook. 
  • Other activities assigned by the company. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. 
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
