We are looking for an innovative, team-oriented and motivated People Operations Generalist to our team! We are seeking a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will excel in onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, HRIS and data management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
This role will support our HR Business Partners in making strategic people-related decisions and will be involved in every aspect of HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with Loadies at all levels of the organization. WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Maintain and update employee records within Loadsmart’s HRISAdminister performance review processes; provide support in developing performance improvement plans and tracking Loadie progressManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the companyCoordinate and conduct exit interviews, manage Loadsmart’s offboarding process, and analyze feedback for continuous improvementExecute and continuously improve Loadie engagement programs and strategies, creatively work towards building an environment that attracts and retains talentGenerate HRIS reports and provide insights to support HR and business initiativesAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAct as a point of contact for Loadies and managers, addressing HR-related queries and issuesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar positionAdvanced English skills - will use it dailyStrong knowledge of U.S. HR principles, practices, and employment lawsProficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity, Lever or similar), including the ability to leverage (learn, if necessary) collaboration tools including Google Suite and SlackExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.WORKING AT LOADSMART:
