Join our People & Culture team at Slasify as a People & Culture Specialist! We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to support our People & Culture Manager in various administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive work environment and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the People & Culture Manager in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related matters
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary documentation and facilitating introductions to team members
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide support in P&C projects, including research and preparation of materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to take on challenges and support the team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and comfort with technology platforms
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
