What This Role Will Do:
- Lead all purchase-related communication with a school administrator who is considering Zearn Math, acting as their main point of contact at Zearn
- Track sales-related information in Salesforce to ensure customers move efficiently through the sales process and nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate with other teams including Support, Finance, Legal and other members of the Partnerships team to ensure a smooth handoff
- Support the Partnerships team with other sales or account management related tasks as needed
- Lead all purchase-related communication with a school administrator who is considering Zearn Math, acting as their main point of contact at Zearn
- Guide potential customers through the purchase process by responding to questions, creating quotes and purchase agreements, and problem-solving purchasing hurdles
- Follow up with customers as they advance through the sales process from initial interest all the way through to signing a contract
- Ensure purchase orders from schools and districts are accurate and complete, and communicate with customer purchasing departments to revise documents as needed
- Process and track orders in Salesforce CRM
- Process and place a large volume of complex printed material orders through our print partner
- Enter and maintain accurate record of orders and sales transactions
- Utilize Salesforce reports to ensure orders are placed in a timely fashion
- Communicate relevant information with Sales, Finance and Customer Support teams
- Work closely with vendors and customers to problem solve as needed
- Respond to any customer support questions related to printed materials
- Coordinate with vendor partner to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Communicate with customers throughout the resolution process
- Support the Partnerships team with other sales or account management related tasks as needed
- Ensure customers receive timely account setup, working cross-functionally with Support team
- Help coordinate renewal purchases for past customers
- Recommend improvements to printed materials sales processes
What You’ll Bring To The Role:
- B.A. degree with minimum of 2 years of experience
- Work experience in customer support, sales or sales operations at a top-tier nonprofit or business-to-business company, ideally in education or technology, is a plus
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and tasks, with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written communication skills to engage and follow-up with customers
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

Location:
This role is remote, but you may be asked to travel as needed for business or for team building purposes.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
