Enerflo is a growing B2B SAAS company currently disrupting the residential solar sales and installation industry. We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist who is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over chat and email, building relationships with decision-makers, and providing occasional training and best practices. Throughout these interactions one must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Enerflo in the best light possible.
Requirements
- Must reside in one of our states where we offer W2 employment: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA
- In depth knowledge of Enerflo (including completing all tier 1 training & builder training)
- Respond to inbound chats, calls, and partner emails within set SLA’s
- Send outbound chats, calls, and partner emails within set SLA’s
- Set up and attend meetings with partners as issues arise
- Zoom calls with Tier 2 to resolve issues.
- Proactively communicate to partners
- Complete monthly check-in calls with growth partners
- Handle growth partner requests and escalate as needed
- Attend onboarding meetings with new partners
- Track client concerns / trends and work on solutions alongside support leaders and PSM’s
- Problem solving
