The Organization

Imagine if K-12 education was designed for all students to develop lives of meaning and purpose. Wayfinder was founded at the Stanford d.school in 2015 to answer this call. Our goal is to double our impact each year for the coming years. Our vision is to become the preeminent SEL curriculum company in the world - leading the global movement of purpose, meaning, and belonging-based education worldwide.

What We Value

You will be joining a team of incredibly motivated and dedicated staff members who are committed to living the values of our organization. We have a close culture where team members get to know one another and work collaboratively across teams. We also feel and act like a purpose-driven organization. To the best of our abilities, each person’s role aligns with their own sense of purpose, which feeds into the organization’s larger sense of purpose.

We also value access, equity, diversity, and belonging. This is represented primarily in three ways: our product, our staff, and our schools.

Product: We have intentionally developed our curriculum to be able to cross national, racial, and socio-economic boundaries. During the process of curriculum development, we have had over 30 educators work on and develop the curriculum from a variety of backgrounds.

Team: Our team is composed of people from a diverse range of backgrounds and life experiences. We intentionally recruit, hire, and work with people from diverse identities + experiences.

School Partners: We intentionally target a wide array of educational partners, from traditional to non-traditional, that work with a range of students from different socioeconomic groups: we have taught our curriculum in high need schools in the Bronx, independent schools in Silicon Valley, and after-school programs in San Antonio.

The Role

Wayfinder is looking for a Partner Success & Engagement Associate to join our growing team! The Partner Success & Engagement Associate supports single school and other small scale partners during the life of their relationship with Wayfinder. The Partner Success & Engagement Associate manages and coordinates all implementation, engagement, and communication within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering ROI. The  Partner Success & Engagement Associate works with all internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Our ideal candidate has experience working as an educator and as a sales and marketing professional. The candidate should have experience managing a variety of projects end-to-end, and is able to provide application and technical support to customers directly, as well as our internal team.

The Partner Success & Engagement associate will design and deliver asynchronous support resources and solutions to a broad range of partners throughout the entire lifecycle of the customer experience, including marketing and engagement materials to ensure the partner is onboarded and effectively using Wayfinder’s product. This role will provide a stellar product support experience for Wayfinder’s many smaller partner schools by responding to requests across multiple channels, trouble-shooting, and providing supportive resources.

The Partner Success & Engagement Associate will report to the Head of Account Management.

We strongly encourage people from traditionally underrepresented populations in tech — such as women, People of Color, People with Disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals— to apply!
