What You’ll Do

We are growing our marketing team! As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with external partners to drive mutual business success. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with partner organizations. This role will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, target audience, and shared goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, understanding their business goals and marketing needs. Collaborate with partners to identify joint marketing opportunities and create mutually beneficial campaigns.
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to develop marketing collateral, co-branded materials, and content that effectively communicates the value proposition. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all joint marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, utilizing various channels such as digital, social media, events, and more. Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing regular performance reports to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in joint events, trade shows, and conferences with partners to maximize exposure and lead generation. Facilitate the integration of partner offerings into company-hosted events.
  • Provide partners with the necessary resources to effectively market joint solutions. Develop partner enablement programs to enhance their marketing capabilities and drive success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact partnership marketing strategies. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget. Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including channel, business development, sales, product marketing, and creative services, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing efforts and regularly report on the success of initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

This list of duties is not exhaustive. This position will be instrumental in supporting the Demand Gen and Marketing teams and will be expected to assist in any capacity needed to achieve individual, team, and company goals and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience, Previous experience in vertical solution SaaS, B2B marketing. 
  • Proven experience in partner marketing, alliance management, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence a variety of internal and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Highly organized with an excellent attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and Hubspot or other CRM
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel as needed, no more than 10%
  • Comfortable using data to inform your strategy with the ability to determine the success or failure of an initiative based on what the data says, and how to communicate that insight to leadership.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and ownership — comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to create structure and process in a fast-paced environment.
