We are a full service digital marketing agency that provides various services to primarily Home Service Companies throughout the United States & Canada.

Responsibilities:

-Develop, Implement, and Manage Campaigns: Spearhead the development, execution, and management of paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

- Client Guidance and Education: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on budget allocation, ad creative, audience targeting, bid strategies, and KPI goals to ensure campaigns align with their marketing objectives.

- Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and creative needs, optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.

- Creative Coordination: Collaborate closely with our internal team to coordinate creative strategy, ensuring ad assets are aligned with strategic goals and resonate with target audiences.

- Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver insightful, data-driven monthly reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting recommendations, insights, and next steps for achieving campaign objectives.

-Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to drive innovative, ROI-driven campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:-

-Expertise in Paid Social Buying: Strong knowledge in paid social buying strategies, campaign management, optimization, execution, and reporting (Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred).

- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail to craft compelling ad creatives.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media, preferably within an agency environment. Experience in paid advertising for service-based industries is considered a strong plus.

- Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple clients.

- Proactive Problem Solver: A proactive, resolution-focused approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
