Catch22 is a social business, a not-for-profit business, with a social mission. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we’re on a mission to build stronger communities. We empower young people and families through social action, rehabilitation services, justice reform, and education. We exist to ensure that these public services are accessible to everyone, as we help to build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose - we call these our ‘3Ps’.
Our team is made up of over 1,500 people operating across over 100 services, and every single person is important to us; we’re a diverse bunch, we reflect the communities that we work in, and we really do believe that diversity makes us stronger.
Catch22 is on an exciting journey, as we surge forward with our business plan objectives, reinforcing Catch22 as an organisation that creates demonstrable impact, whilst striving for reform. This role will support strategy implementation on this journey, making Catch22 an efficient, effective, great place to work.

This role will utilise your exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, and your ability to systematically apply organisational design principles, to engage with and get buy-in from teams. Using your project management expertise and design thinking, you will develop and begin to deliver a programme of work within the HR function, providing strategic advice that is constructed from a strong working knowledge, and proven specialist expertise, in organisational design, people, and change management – including methodologies, approaches, strategies, design, and delivery.
