Job Description

Catch22 is seeking a dynamic Organisational Design Lead, to revolutionise our corporate structure. Armed with the findings of a comprehensive corporate services review, you will use your expertise to craft a framework that not only supports but empowers our operational teams. This role will utilise your exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, and your ability to systematically apply organisational design principles, to engage with and get buy-in from teams. Using your project management expertise and design thinking, you will develop and begin to deliver a programme of work within the HR function, providing strategic advice that is constructed from a strong working knowledge, and proven specialist expertise, in organisational design, people, and change management – including methodologies, approaches, strategies, design, and delivery. This role requires knowledge and experience of OD best practice, and a track record of implementing organisational design change programmes which lead to improved ways of working across complex operations.

Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • A relevant degree – in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in organisational design, development, and change management processes; and converting this into improved organisational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles and how these can be used to track and monitor improvements.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A track record of leading change projects, preferably with a knowledge of agile delivery methodology


Additional Information

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term, for 1 year
Flexibility: Blended working, with two days office based (Head Office, Pear Tree Street, London – preferably Thursday), and three days of remote working. We can also offer flexibility with structuring work around personal commitments.

Opportunities will also be available to visit some of our fantastic services and teams.
*We are very open to flexible working and welcome applications from individuals who may wish to work e.g., part-time, or compressed hours.
