• Ensure smooth operations and efficient management of the company's day-to-day activities.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of various departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the education industry and understanding of primary and secondary education processes
