We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our client company, an Affiliate Digital Marketing company operating in the iGaming industry. With a remote team of around 20 talented individuals, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our internal operations to ensure seamless workflows and efficient business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, account managers, and marketing specialists.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to maximise their potential and contribution to the company's goals.
- Ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of resources to optimise productivity and output.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with analysing company data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on analysis findings.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, affiliates, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the company's continued success and operational integrity.
