About the Role

As Operations Manager at CharterHire, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our premium travel services across private jets, helicopters, yachts, and luxury vehicles. You’ll ensure that every client experience meets our rigorous standards of safety, efficiency, and discretion.

Key Responsibilitie

• sOversee daily operational workflows across all service lines, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time execution
• .Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards
• .Manage relationships with international partners, operators, and fleet providers
• .Monitor service performance, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
