We seek an Operations Manager to handle various operational and project-based tasks for the CEO and leadership team. If you are hyper-organized, diligent with details, good with spreadsheets, process-oriented, love automating processes with tech, and excellent at completing projects, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Recruiting
    • Screening candidates
    • Coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
  • Operations
    • Documenting and automating processes with software
    • Update scorecard reporting
    • Plan/Organize our weekly/quarterly/annual leadership meetings
  • HR
    • Handle compliance activities
    • Initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Finance
    • Assist with monthly/annual financial reporting
    • Assist with government filings like taxes
  • Administrative
    • Project management of various small projects
    • Initiating and completing orders and purchases
    • Booking travel and accommodations

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English with excellent written English skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Very high diligence with follow-up
  • Process-oriented and excellent at documenting and optimizing processes
  • Great with learning tech and using it to automate processes
  • Great with numbers and spreadsheets

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Finance and/or accounting experience

 

Role Overview

  • This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere. You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
  • This is a full-time international contractor position where you will work in US time zones.
  • The compensation is $10-15 USD/hour, commensurate with experience.
