What you'll do:
Build & coach: As we grow our supply side of the marketplace (Truck drivers), we will work to get drivers on the road as fast and as safely as possible. This role will involve leading a team of onboarding specialists.
Strategize: Develop cases, prioritization frameworks, implementation plans, and growth strategies for the supply side.
Advise senior leadership on long-term strategy and decision-making by defining critical metrics, developing dashboards, and providing strategic insights
Work with Product teams to guide the development of our solutions based on business and customer needs. Project manage cross-functional work streams for key Product roll-outs
Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other Operations teams as well as with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing people and teams
2+ years of client-facing experience
2-4 years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are skilled at project and process management such that you can easily balance urgent versus important requests, you can operate autonomously, and you flourish with ambiguity
Analytical orientation, with an aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
