Location3 is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and establishing lasting partnerships with fast-growing emerging brands, multi-unit, and franchise systems with over 150 locations. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Job Description:

Location3 is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and establishing lasting partnerships with fast-growing emerging brands, multi-unit, and franchise systems with over 150 locations. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Expected Salary Range: $65,000-$110,000 annually depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities from targeted emerging brands and franchise systems.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through a blend of targeted outreach, networking, and attendance at industry events, maintaining a focus on achieving set revenue goals.
  • Identify potential clients in diverse sectors, such as healthcare, finance, education, and technology, and build lasting relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and digital teams of prospective clients to comprehend their unique digital marketing needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Elevate brand enthusiasm and awareness through compelling presentations, participation in trade shows, company-sponsored events, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor industry trends through comprehensive market research, identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans, providing accurate revenue forecasts and tracking key achievements.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing materials and campaigns that complement the sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets within mid-size and large brand organizations.
  • A comprehensive understanding of enterprise and local digital marketing, including current industry trends and best practices.
  • A successful track record of engaging high-level prospects with substantial annual budgets exceeding $50K, with the ability to navigate and close deals within a longer sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in deploying innovative prospecting techniques and formulating strategic key account plans for targeted clients.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and a strong cultural fit with the organization, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, articulate verbal and written communication, impactful presentations, and persuasive closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and seamlessly integrate within a collaborative team structure.
  • Openness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
