Position Overview

As a Network Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will coordinate the deployment of new office networks and data center networks, ensuring the successful execution and management of our services for our customer.

The Project Coordinator will assist Technical Program Manager's with global office network builds, data center network builds, site commissions and network retrofit projects during planning, design, construction, and handover phases. A successful candidate will help develop and understand the requirements from internal customers and create solutions to improve productivity and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assist with the procurement process: Review of quotes and push through Purchase Requisition process.
Network Hardware tracking and shipping coordination after Purchase Order is issued.
Hardware Shipping requests from Global Customer warehouses.
Manage engineering resource assignments and float with Technical Project Managers.
Track and Provide Certificates of Insurance (COI's) or other insurance documentation and provide to Building Facilities Project Managers.
Schedule Pre-Build meetings and track individual action items.
Schedule and track Site Handover meetings with Client Leadership.
Gather site handoff information the day before site handoff.
Work with Technical Project Managers to eliminate blockers for office builds and data center projects allowing Technical Project Managers to scale.
Manage Client office and data center decommissions.
Schedule with Facilities as to timeline for decommissioning Offices.
Schedule Network Engineers to remotely wipe network hardware.
Arrange pictures, asset list, and IT Renew collection.
Sync with TPM's weekly to check on status of in region projects/updates; assist where needed.
Tracking of documentation for new datacenter office builds along with the list of documentation required for data center projects.
Maintain responsibility and management of all projects until defined handover date.
Create projects and deployment tasks using the required tools.

Monitor/ Update Task's on an ongoing basis throughout the life cycle of a project using internal tools.
Fosters strong partnerships and can effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Relative experience associated with the coordination and planning of Network Deployment Projects from inception to completion.
Proven Networking Technical experience and acumen.
5+ Years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar role
Comfortable with working in fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and is detail oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Fluent in spoken & written English preferred, others are a benefit.
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, PlanGrid)
Knowledge of processes & procedures development
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Networking experience such as CCNA / CCNP would be a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant area

Pay Range
$80,000—$95,000 USD
