About Us:

Honeylove is a venture-backed DTC startup founded by EDM artist Betsie Larkin, who has released multiple Top 40 hits and has toured with Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Paul van Dyk, ATB, and others. After searching high and low for quality shapewear that made her feel confident on stage, Betsie decided to create her own line of stage-worthy shapewear and launched the brand in 2018.

Since then, Honeylove has expanded to tops, bras, and many other garments that have set new standards in their segments. We apply a technical and artistic approach to problems we see in the fashion industry, creating products that serve our customers of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.

Honeylove grew quickly over the past couple of years and has attracted a customer base approaching 2 million, as well as earned praise from countless publishers (eg: New York Times, Good Morning America, etc). SimilarWeb called Honeylove one of the fastest growing large DTC brands, and the company received funding from top investors such as Lightspeed, Y Combinator, and Serena Williams. Most importantly, Honeylove is profitable despite continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

About This Role:

We are thoughtfully building our team to fuel our ambitious journey towards reaching $1B in revenue. As a part of that journey, we’re actively launching in new countries (Canada, UK and Australia), and as a part of that expansion, we need to complete WMS integrations with our 3PLs in those countries. So the first assignment would be on a consulting basis, where you can demonstrate your experience working alongside our internal team on those integrations. We plan to be finished by Black Friday / Cyber Monday, and assuming there’s a mutual fit, we would then transition you into a full-time role to continue adding new 3PLs, as well as maintaining the existing ones.

This role requires proficiency in Celigo, with a strong background in iPaaS platforms being highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Celigo to integrate Shopify and third-party logistics (3PL) with NetSuite. This position demands expertise beyond maintaining pre-built Celigo solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Management: Utilize Celigo to seamlessly connect Shopify and 3PL systems with NetSuite.
  • Custom Solutions Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Celigo solutions tailored to business needs.
  • System Optimization: Ensure optimal performance and functionality of integrated systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for integration issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement integrations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and solutions.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to internal teams on Celigo and integration best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Celigo: Demonstrated experience with Celigo, specifically in connecting Shopify and 3PL systems to NetSuite.
  • iPaaS Experience: Strong background in other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus.
  • NetSuite Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP system and its integration capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and web services.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing integration projects from inception to completion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
