Expectations
- Work as part of the team to proactively, efficiently and effectively manage customers’ applications from submission, to the lender, to completion.
- Manage updates from lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, and filter this back to customers with comprehensive updates.
- Work alongside our team of Mortgage Experts to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
- You’ll be busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing a pipeline of cases
- You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
- You’ll be flexible and happy to work shifts and Saturdays to meet the needs of the customer

You will:
- Manage a large pipeline of post submission mortgage cases
- Answer incoming calls, emails and live chat
- Liaise with customers, lenders & conveyancers
- Checking supporting documents and lender documents i.e offers
- Proactive work with lenders to secure offers at the earliest possible point
- Work with the advice and completions team
- Deliver great customer experience
Requirements
- Mortgage industry experience needed
- Experience in this role or similar, preferable
