About the Position:

In the Media Director role on our B2B team, you'll craft and execute media strategies that align with client objectives, yielding tangible outcomes. Working within a specialized cross-functional team and managing a team of Media specialists, you'll cater to a dedicated B2B clientele. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and strategic acumen, complemented by a profound understanding of modern marketing paradigms. This role reports to the Team Lead.

Your Impact:

  • Leadership: Spearhead and motivate your media team of 2-4, ensuring the development and deployment of result-driven paid media strategies.
  • Media Strategy: Oversee the media planning trajectory, encompassing strategy formulation, channel selection, and blueprint creation for predicting campaign outcomes, ensuring timely delivery within set budgets. Inclusive of ABM and other B2B-centric strategy.
  • Collaboration: Engage within your cross-functional unit, liaising with account managers, creative producers, and data analysts, guaranteeing alignment with client aspirations.
  • Data Analysis: Harness data to pinpoint and monitor KPIs, ensuring impeccable tracking and reporting, while refining metrics to enhance campaign output.
  • Strong Data Storyteller: Employ data visualization to narrate compelling client performance narratives based on your analytical prowess.
  • Client Management: Curate and present media strategies to clients, elucidating the rationale behind creative choices and their impact. You'll manage client media budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry shifts and best practices. Contribute to our Media Center of Excellence, disseminating your insights throughout the agency.

Requirements

  • Extensive agency exposure in guiding media teams towards creating performance-oriented paid media strategies that consistently deliver impressive client results.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your track record in designing influential media campaigns across varied channels.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing avenues such as GoogleAds/Bing for paid search, Meta/LinkedIn for paid social, and GDN/DV360 for display advertising.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data tools, including Excel, PowerBI (or equivalent BI platforms), Web Analytics, and Marketing Analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience with design-centered and performance-driven creative methodologies.
  • Stellar communication, presentation, and people skills that foster robust collaborations and enduring relationships.
  • Vigilance in staying updated with industry trends, coupled with the enthusiasm to share insights for collective agency enhancement.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and a zeal to continuously learn and apply these in practical scenarios.
