We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team to help scale our rapidly growing brokerage.

đź“ś About the position

Revenue Operations is critical in our ability to scale efficiently and achieve our mission. If you love sales and marketing, have an analytical mind, are experienced, and want to use your talent for an important mission, we’d love to hear from you!

The Revenue Operations goal is to build processes, systems, and metrics so that we understand both where we stand and gain insights on how to improve. As a manager, you will be responsible for helping to build out and scale our operations to support marketing (primary focus), sales, client success, product, and finance. It’s an incredible opportunity to learn about what makes the entire business tick while disrupting an industry that meaningfully impacts the lives of Americans.

👩🏼‍💻 What you’ll do
  • Act as a key architect in building and refining our demand generation, sales, and client onboarding processes.
  • Focus primarily on marketing operations, however the role is also cross functional - touching sales, client success, product, and finance.
  • Support marketing technology infrastructure, including project management and implementation, governance, and roadmap development; requires collaboration with marketing stakeholders, IT, sales and other functions as needed.
  • Coordinate annual marketing budgeting planning process, including managing the allocation of marketing budget and tracking year-to-date actual spending to budget.
  • Assist in preparing presentations on marketing performance and contribution for review by Nava leadership.
  • Administer HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and the marketing aspects of Salesforce - coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Analyze target accounts in our TAM and form strategies to continually hone our ICP.
✍️ What you’ll bring
  • Deep experience with Hubspot and Salesforce - certifications are a plus, but demonstrable experience solving difficult problems is paramount.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations with proven success in both driving marketing campaigns and understanding their impact on revenue.
  • Strong organizational skills - to balance projects while providing day-to-day support for various teams.
  • Motivation and strong work ethic!
  • Calm and clear thinking to troubleshoot when issues arise.
