Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing operations efforts for our Valuation Property Services (VPS) marketing teams. This role is critical in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily marketing execution, ensuring seamless workflows, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technology, data management, and process optimization. Each week will include a blend of campaign monitoring, check-ins with team members, project management especially around website and engineering projects, training and development on martech stack, and stakeholder communications to ensure visibility of progress and accomplishments.

What You'll Do- Develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy that outlines how the marketing teams will manage and optimize campaign processes, technology, data, and resources to achieve their objectives.
- Identify and execute process improvements to streamline marketing workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Integrate third-party data sources into our reporting systems to enhance data accuracy and breadth.
- Develop and Implement Standardized Marketing Processes: Establish a unified framework that standardizes key aspects of marketing operations, including data integration, workflow management, and strategic planning.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.
- Encourage ongoing learning and professional development to keep up with industry trends and best practices.
- Regularly review and update the marketing operations strategy to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Optimize marketing technology stack to ensure smooth automation and clear analytics, including training team members to ensure best practices are followed.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion rates.
- Lead initiatives to incorporate AI into workflow automation and analytics, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and trends to determine best fits for the business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing systems and databases, including PowerBi, Matomo, Assembly, and Shopify.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Ensure integration of various data platforms, including CRM, analytics tools, and external data sources, for a unified data approach and singular source of truth reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to align on goals and initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for marketing operations-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage marketing operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
What You'll Need to Succeed- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
