The Marketing Graphic Designer will join a team of content creators, writers, growth experts and marketing operations specialists to execute on creative projects and asset development for a B2B SaaS platform. This role will be responsible for creating digital designs, webpages and illustrations that convey the brand, value and capabilities of Accelo and our suite of products. 

The ideal candidate will not only have 3 - 5 years of design experience but a passion for creating compelling visuals, designing thoughtful layouts and fostering a memorable user experience. At Accelo we balance our execution speed with a deep care for design details, pixel-perfect imagery and properly formatted work. Candidates need to be able to translate tech into visuals that resonate with prospects, clients and their businesses. 

Responsibilities Include...

• Executing on creative requests including sales collateral, long-form assets, ads, email templates, web pages and presentation decks

• Creating digital imagery for web pages, blog posts, case study pages and social media platforms

• Ensure the processes used to schedule and track design requests are efficient

• Pitching design ideas and captivating campaign concepts

• Collaborating with various members of the Marketing team and company at large on visual elements and design work, including creating concept boards and implementing feedback

• Contributing design knowledge and industry best practices to the continuous evolution of Accelo's brand and visual identity

We prefer candidates with...

• A wide range of design experience over 3 - 5 years from digital design layout to animation and motion graphics

• A great sense of responsibility, deep pride in their work and a team-centric attitude

• A curiosity and desire to understand target audiences along with getting the details right

• Startup experience or experience working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment

• Tech/SaaS experience
