Marketing Data Analyst II

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This role focuses on data engineering and regular reporting, with occasional advanced analytics. Excellent SQL and data engineering skills are essential, along with moderate proficiency in PowerBI. Simplifying and communicating complex data to non-technical audiences, typically using Excel or PowerPoint, is a key requirement. The ability to convey technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences is crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Data manipulation and mining to support Customer Experience Team within the marketing function
  • Creating and modifying programs to extract information from databases
  • Preparing analyses on Customer Experience effectiveness, efficiency, cross-sell, Net Promoter Score, Digital Engagement, Customer Behavior and retention
  • Identifying and implementing consumer segments and developing specialized reporting approaches
  • Preparing exhibits and responding to requests for additional data
  • Providing requirements for systems implementation projects
  • Measuring and monitoring Consumer Experience performance data
  • Collaborating with other parts of the organization
  • Performing other assigned duties

Requirements

Total Work Experience: 4-6 years

Work Experience in This Field: Preferred: 4-6 years

English Proficiency: Fluent

Required Education: Preferred: Bachelor's degree
