What You Have:

5+ years quality assurance experience in a software development setting

Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies (SDLC), experience in Agile/Scrum dev process

Knowledge of SQL, scripting, testing REST APIs

Knowledge of Test Tools and frameworks, such as: JIRA, BDD: Cucumber/Gherkin; Nightwatch.js; Postman; GitHub, Bitbucket

Knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure

Experience in SaaS, IaaS; experience in Cloud infrastructure, and Cloud security a plus

What You'll Do:

Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical designs to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

Write, execute, and maintain manual test scripts with an eye toward passing to automation

Identify and document defects following QA standards and best practices

Perform thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved

Perform scripted and exploratory tests against new features and regression of release candidates to reduce risk and ensure stability

Collaborate with other QA analysts, development and product management
