Manager - Strategic Business Planning and Analytics

Job Summary:

The Strategic Business Planning and Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic business plans while leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making. This role plays a crucial part in aligning organizational objectives, calibrating with all functions with data-driven insights to enhance overall business performance. This position reports to President of Midea America.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and refine strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Work with internal stakeholders and external resources to conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage company level projects including budgeting, resources management, cross function synergy, timeline management and risk management etc.
Responsible for creating analytical tools and review processes in support of Marketing, Sales and Operations functions.
Prepare regular and as needed reporting and analysis according to a detailed calendar of business reporting needs.
Communicate business plans and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including HQ and Local Teams.

Qualifications:

Master's degree of Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
Strong financial acumen and modeling skills.

Salary: $110k-$140k, 15% Bonus, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision
