Manager CRM Operations

The CRM & Loyalty team at TULA is looking for a Manager, CRM Operations who will maintain day-to-day operations for our CRM and loyalty initiatives. This role will support all aspects of CRM—setup and deployment of email & SMS, dynamic content & personalization efforts, audience creation and creative briefing. You’re a highly motivated and collaborative self-starter and attracted by the opportunity to have a significant and measurable impact on a fast-growing organization that focuses on creating inspiring and engaging consumer experiences. This role reports to the Sr. CRM Manager and is fully remote with some expected travel for business and team offsites throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the day-to-day CRM operations and ensuring that all campaigns are deployed on time to the appropriate audience(s)
  • Works closely with CRM & Data teams to create campaign segments, refine segmentation to achieve marketing goals and verify segmentation accuracy
  • Support creative briefing for CRM & loyalty marketing efforts 
  • Suggest strategic optimizations for CRM initiatives including journeys, dynamic content and personalization
  • Thoroughly QA email & SMS messages for accuracy and to meet deliverability standards 
  • Ability to build complex marketing automations in an omni-channel marketing platform or similar tool
  • Effectively problem-solve and troubleshoot issues, find solutions and optimize processes for efficiency
  • Assist with reporting, analytics and production of campaign performance readouts
  • Maintaining and updating go-to-market DTC plans
  • Ad hoc support to general ecommerce department - site, retention & loyalty, CX


  • 5-8+ years of experience in CRM 
  • Proficiency with marketing messaging platforms (ex: Listrak, Postscript)
  • Experience with email QA tools (ex: Email on Acid, Litmus)
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements
  • Capable of organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines all while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in GSuite apps and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

In 3 months you will learn:

  • Become proficient in creating email and SMS campaigns within messaging platforms as well as an understanding and application of personalization and dynamic functionality.
  • Navigate the end to end process of creative briefing through communication deployment.
  • Understand and implement audience targeting and segmentation based on criteria that supports the overall business strategy.

In 6 months you will learn:

  • Expand skills in setting up and optimizing automation workflows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart messages, and re-engagement campaigns in order to nurture leads and boost conversions.
  • Gain proficiency in using analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from campaign and customer data, facilitating informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Explore new technologies, tools and channels to stay ahead of the curve and enhance campaign effectiveness.

**The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000.  Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.
