As a Machine Learning/AI Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms that drive our business forward. You will work closely with our product development and data analytics teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

• Repair and update current machine learning models
• Develop custom machine learning models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development.
• Implement automated processes for data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence and explore new tools and technologies that can enhance our capabilities.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Jupyter or TensorFlow) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data processing and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues requiring detailed analysis of multiple factors.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business insights and actionable recommendations.

• This is a part-time position. The expected commitment is 20 hours per week.
