The Opportunity 🔍

As an Account Executive, you will focus on creating partnerships with importers that demonstrate a need for our innovative shipping solutions. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery calls to client onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to pivot complex and high velocity sales experience into supply chain technologies.

Essentials for Success 🏆
  1. Extensive (3-5 years) B2B sales experience offering customized solutions to clients including using technology to reduce friction and drive efficiencies
  2. Proven ability to grow new logo sales and expand share of wallet for existing clients, all within a remote environment
  3. Experience doing complex discovery and process mapping in order to build out a tailored product demonstration
  4. You don’t accept a loss - you either win or learn!
  5. Must reside in the U.S or Canada as we are not hiring globally - yet!

  • You currently handle average deal sizes of at least $50k-$100k with a sales cycle ranging from 30-90 days

Compensation 💰

Shippabo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base CAD compensation for this role is between min of $68,000 to a maximum of $80,000 CAD. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for quarterly commissions and annual performance based bonus.
