Job Description
Project - the aim you'll have.
Our client is a company with over 20 years of experience in providing managed services to entities in the BeNeLux market. As a Shared Services Team Leader you will manage a team of 13 people delivering Linux and Windows based services to the client organization.
Position - how you'll contribute.
- Coordinating the day-to-day work of a team of Linux and Windows system administrators
- Setting and reporting metrics for measuring the quality and timeliness of the team's work
- Planning and prioritizing project and maintenance work
- Administrating internal systems running on Linux hosts
- Implementing security patches, removing detected vulnerabilities, hardening of the operating system, ensuring high performance
- Automating administrative tasks, centralization of configurations, standardization of delivered virtual environments.
- Daily cooperation with the network, developers, hosting and security teams
Qualifications
Expectations - the experience you need.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Linux/UNIX/Windows system administrator.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a team leader or Linux/DevOps team manager.
- Knowledge of standardization of system configuration and security issues
- Proficiency in process automation, scripting configuration elements: bash, Ansible, PowerShell, PowerCli.
- Proficiency in Uyuni configuration and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure management automation systems: Puppet, Ansible, Uyuni and optionally SaltStack.
- Experience with CI/CD implementation and maintenance (especially with Gitlab CICD).
- Adaptation to current security procedures and policies
- Knowledge of spoken and written English at min. B2

- Experience with MS Windows Server, AD Directory Service, Azure AD, IAM, Windows Patching process.
