What You'll Be Doing:
  • Contribute to building and executing L&D strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand the organization’s strategic goals and translate into actionable learning and development strategies that incorporate various learning modalities, including face to face and remote workshops, mentoring, group learning sessions and on the job training. Using technology to accelerate learning and development among our team is a must have.
  • Design and develop learning initiatives and programs: analyze training needs across teams and identify skills gaps and development opportunities. Act as a content curated and search for engaging and effective learning content, including training modules, videos webinars and other resources that cater to diverse learning styles. 
  • Deliver and facilitate trainings: facilitate workshops, training sessions and other learning activities to ensure consistent delivery of content and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the quality of training sessions.
  • Use data and develop metrics: measure the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback and performance metric, making data driven improvements. Continuously assess the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organization goals.
  • Organize training logistics:  work closely with our logistic providers and team members to make sure that the logistic process for residential training runs smoothly and all participants have a positive experience from the beginning. Control the training budget. 
  • Give support in other People processes: onboarding, performance review, leadership development, etc.



What You Need To Succeed:
  • Extreme interest and demonstrated experience in putting technology at the service of learning and development
  • Drive and curiosity about how human beings grow and learn
  • True interest in technology and demonstrated use of tech solutions in your work is a must
  • Experience in training and development domain
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learning metrics and make informed decisions
  • Startup/scale-up mindset and desire to achieve great results
  • Be ready to implement your ideas fast and experiment 
  • Fluent English and Portuguese are a must;
