About the Role

HONK is seeking its first Product Manager who will act as a force multiplier, driving the acceleration of our business. You'll join a well-established engineering team known for delivering high-quality code. This will allow you to concentrate on the product without being hampered by persistent engineering issues.

This role goes beyond managing a product; it offers the opportunity to shape product management at HONK. You'll delve deep into data to guide pivotal decisions on feature specifications and prioritization, ensuring our product development aligns with user needs and business objectives. However, your work won't be limited to numbers and charts; you'll also be the crucial link between departments. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, you'll translate their needs into product requirements while keeping them informed about our latest features.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap and determine our product's strategic direction.
2. Utilize data to guide decisions on feature specification and prioritization, ensuring our product aligns with user needs and business objectives.
3. Act as the liaison among sales, marketing, and operations teams, gathering requirements and communicating about new updates.
4. Exhibit exceptional communication skills to ensure smooth information flow across the company.
5. Apply your startup experience to bring innovative ideas and perspectives to our team.
