Position Overview:
As the Lead Product Designer at Multi Media LLC, you will be at the forefront of our product development process. We are looking for an individual who thrives on creating elegant and user-centric interfaces, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and is driven by innovation. In this role, you will lead the design team, contribute to the ideation of new products and features, create user-centric prototypes, conduct thorough user research, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and execute design strategies that align with our business goals.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and excellence in the user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to our design processes.
• Champion a user-first mindset within the organization, advocating for the importance of user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine design requirements and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in digital/interaction design, HCI, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or a similar role.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.
• Experience in the live-streaming or social media industry is a plus but not required.

The Base Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
