About the role

As a Lead Motion Designer, you will create compelling and innovative motion graphics that enhance storytelling and elevate brand communication in our marketing campaigns. 

You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams, delivering high-quality animations that are visually appealing, on-brand, and designed to engage and inspire new players for our new games.

 

What you’ll achieve

  • Conceptualize and create visually compelling motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop animated elements that enhance storytelling and effectively communicate marketing messages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and edit promotional videos.
  • Incorporate motion graphics seamlessly into video content to enhance visual appeal and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion design projects.
  • Provide input on visual storytelling and animation techniques to effectively convey marketing narratives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to bring cohesive and engaging campaigns to life.
  • Provide creative input and support during brainstorming sessions.
  • Create smooth and impactful animations and incorporate visual effects when necessary to enhance the overall quality of marketing content.
  • Keep up with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality and innovation of motion design projects.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Unity is a plus
