Lead Front End Developer

Telicent are looking for a creative, self-starting front end developer to create the next generation of Telicent applications built upon and for the CORE platform. Telicent CORE is a secure data platform and provides everything an enterprise needs to get value from their data quickly and securely.

The successful candidate will need to be able to lead a talented team of front-end developers while also cutting clean, re-usable and maintainable code in complex applications, for the exploitation of data and management of an exciting new open-source platform. You will need to have the ability to understand the context of the wider problems the platform is looking to solve and take a basic, simple idea in a greenfield environment and help grow it into a fully-fledged application.

You will have the opportunity to bring your knowledge and skills to a fast-paced technical challenge, helping as a leader in the engineering team to shape and create the future of the organisation and vision for the platform and applications going forward.

What you will be doing in your first few months:

Working on a suite of applications to help users get the most out of the platform and help administrators use the platform to its fullest.

Experience level: Lead

Tech stack/tooling used: React, JavaScript

Nice to have: Typescript

Requirements:

Experience in building highly visual apps (e.g. with D3, Maps, Cytoscape)
Experience leading teams
Experience of delivering complex applications
UK-based and fully-eligible to work in the UK
