Lead Front-End Developer

Divelement Web Services, a leading development agency based in Austin, TX, and Monterrey, MX, is seeking a Lead Front-End Developer to join its team. We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about creating digital solutions using the latest technology. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our front-end applications while ensuring the highest level of quality. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to create compelling, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences for our clients.

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications and user interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and propose innovative solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Contribute to the overall improvement of our development methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Utilize your extensive React expertise to architect, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (X+ years) as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React.
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior developer role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, UI/UX design principles, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural settings.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous React projects and contributions.
