The Role: We're on the lookout for an inspired Lead Concept Artist who can channel their creative genius into the visual realization of our ambitious first-person shooter game. This pivotal role will sculpt the design vision not only for our current project but also lay the foundation for future titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the artistic vision for our games, translating ideas into breathtaking visuals.

• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure consistency and quality of the game's aesthetics.

• Lead and mentor a team of concept artists, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.

• Contribute to the conceptualization of game trailers, integrating compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.

• Adapt to changes and provide solutions to visual challenges, ensuring the highest quality output.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that speaks volumes of your ability, showcasing a mix of environments, characters, and objects. It should also highlight your contributions to video game trailers or cinematics.

• Skillset: Mastery in industry-standard design tools and software. Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 is a plus.

• Remote Work: Proven capability to deliver in a fully remote environment, exhibiting self-motivation and discipline.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams.

• Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading and nurturing creative teams.
