We believe in transparency, diversity, merit and fostering a culture of empowerment, personal impact and career growth.  The Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence, plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing cutting-edge Power BI reporting solutions tailored for suppliers servicing the largest retailers in the industry. Working with vast datasets, we uncover actionable insights crucial for steering client business strategies. As the lead analyst, this role extends support to fellow developers, offering guidance on technical challenges and fostering collaboration within the team.

This is an evolving role, currently reporting directly to the Director of BI with ample opportunity for growth if you play to your strengths. Whether you are coming from a startup or corporate background, you appreciate how much impact there is to be had in smaller organizations and you relish the ability to shape your own role and the future of the company.

  • Tabular Models / Data Modeling

  • Some knowledge of programming languages like Python, Kotlin or C#
