Job Description

Your team

You will be joining a team of 6 colleagues, focused on promoting a people-oriented mindset, transparency, and collaboration, by facilitating learning & development initiatives across the organization. 

 

Your role & responsabilities

 

The L&D Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the L&D data processes and identifying areas for improvement.

 

An analyst designs and documents daily, weekly, and monthly reports and helps identify trends in historical reports. They also maintain a close collaboration with the L&D Consultants to ensure high-quality delivery of all learning initiatives. 

 

Organizing learning programs 

  • Prepare and disseminate training material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms, training space: online and physical)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants while maintaining a good collaboration with external vendors and provides them with feedback collected from the participants.
  • Handle contracts with external vendors, and ensure invoices are paid.
  • Provides all the necessary information to L&D Consultants and other stakeholders who request learning analytics.  

 

Responsible for L&D service desk tickets

  • Resolves all L&D purchase requests and collaborates closely with the financial team and is responsible for providing all the invoices, orders, etc.
  • Creates training programs in the service desk platform
  • Makes sure that all the necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Responsible for the enrolment process for exams and conferences.

 

Providing data & analytics

  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly reports/dashboards
  • Responsible for creating/improving L&D processes and policies.
  • Close collaboration with the service desk team for implementing new workflows and improving the existing ones.



Qualifications
  • Skilled in engaging a diverse range of internal & external stakeholders, to build relationships that are based on trust, working collaboratively, and resolving issues.
  • Able to use a range of communication and influencing techniques and methods to successfully negotiate, collaborate, and/or effect change. Maintains communication with all parties involved in a project and ensures visibility of L&D initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities, while collaborating with team members with various business backgrounds and from different locations.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential data in a secure manner.
